The EHESP School of Public Health welcomed from October 17 – 28 new students from the QUEOPS-I degree (Qualité – Evaluation – Organisation – Performance – Sécurité en santé – International), set up in a partnership with the School of Public Health of the University of Montreal (Quebec, Canada).

The aim of this high standard international double degree is to educate health specialists in the fields of management and security within the health sector.
130 students have obtained a master’s degree from this program, since its creation in 2007.

Applicants

Organized into 4 modules, 3 of which are taught at the University of Montreal, and 1 at the EHESP School of Public Health in Rennes, this formation was specially created for professionals working in the medical sector (doctors, nurses, dentists…) wishing to progress professionally into management positions. The academic and professional background of the students is very rich and diverse.

Program

The 60-hour program of the module in Rennes will cover the topic of governance of the health system in France, the role of the patient representatives, the presentation of case studies, as well as health – risk management. This domain is often presented as the cornerstone of decision-making, founded upon convincing and conclusive data, and seeks to limit adverse events thanks to the adoption of better clinical and organizational practice.
