Holder of a master in public law (Montpellier law school), Yvette RAYSSIGUIER joined the EHESP on the 1st September 1999 as a Professor of social policies.
Unclassified inspector of sanitary and social action (class of 1981), she held over her professional career several positions at the DRASS of the Centre Region (currently DRJSCS), especially as the coordinator of the continuing education regional cell and in charge of guiding the social complex and the interim management at the  DDASS of the Loiret (currently the DDCS).


Her research axes concern access to care and health of populations in poverty and insecurity situation and on social and territorial health inequalities.


Member Member of the Training council of the EHESP

Qualified Person at the Caisse d’Assurance Retraite (CARSAT, Retirement Insurance Fund) of Brittany.

Lecturing centred on the analysis of vulnerable populations and social policies in the different professional sectors, programmes for the preparation of competitive examinations (Hospital directors-DESSMS-IASS) and the Master in Guiding Public Health Policies and Actions (EHESP-Rennes 1).
