Curriculum

After a master's in sociology (Rennes 2 University) and a master's 2 in political science (Rennes I.E.P.), I undertook a thesis in sociology (EHESS, Centre Maurice Halbwachs) on the itinerary of vulnerable young adults and their use of public action programmes in the social and medical-social field, under the supervision of Serge Paugam.

At the same time, since 2006, I have been working as a study engineer at the EHESP on various research and evaluation programmes.

Since November 2012, I have been research coordinator for the research into Chair of Research on Youth.

Research

My research work concerns the itinerary of vulnerable young adults and the methods of public intervention to help them (social assistance for children, mental health, social and professional insertion, social emergency).

Doctoral thesis in sociology, on young people with no family support and their relations with the aid system. This work analyses the experiences of young adults in great difficulty, revealing the importance of social links in identification processes and the methods of obtaining or not obtaining social assistance.

Courses

Manager of the "Research Methodology" Teaching Unit, Master's 2 Youth: policies and treatment at the EHESP.

My teaching activities are centred on social policies, professionals and social intervention, vulnerable youth and qualitative methods in human and social sciences.
