The Health establishment management chair of the EHESP Institute of Management is organising an interactive workshop on Lean management in hospitals on 29 June 2012, from 08.30 to 17.15 at the Fédération Hospitalière de France, Paris.
This workshop will allow discussion and feedback between establishments that have implemented Lean management programs and establishments that are setting up programs or considering doing so. This interactive workshop is intended to provide answers for those in establishments that are setting up lean management programs based on practical experience and inter-establishment cooperation.
