The public health doctoral network, run by the EHESP, was accredited at the end of 2008. It leans upon doctoral schools of 10 establishments, covering complementary domains (public health, law, epidemiology, social sciences, management, etc). The doctoral network allows students registered at the EHESP and at a partner doctoral school to prepare a doctoral work dealing with different aspects of public health:
- hospital management, social and welfare action and health policies
- information sciences and biostatistics
- epidemiology
- environment and occupational health
- human, social and behavioral sciences
The EHESP’s Doctoral network gives the opportunity to its students to attend interdisciplinary seminars and conferences and encourages them to undertake internships in a foreign research department. The Doctoral network can supply financial support for travel and assistance.
Each year, the EHESP’s Doctoral network provides doctoral contracts allowing selected students to obtain a 3 years funding to prepare their thesis.
