LERES is the chemical and microbiological analysis laboratory for the EHESP. It employs about 50 PhDs, engineers, technicians, support personnel and PhD students who undertake the main analysis and research missions. LERES is located on the EHESP site to the north west of Rennes. It has leading edge analysis facilities and applies quality procedures to guarantee the measurements. It was accredited by COFRAC in 2000, and approved by the ministries responsible for the health and the environment.
