The CISS, a federation of health users associations, held its Third CISS Symposium on 9-10 April 2009 on the theme “Towards solidarity in health”. During this meeting the members of the CISS network were able to debate questions of access to quality healthcare for all.
Within this context four leading health system players including Chantal de Singly Head of the Institute of Management were interviewed.
