Final Report on the mission of hospital executive managers presented to the Health Minister Mme Bachelot-Narquin by Chantal de Singly

In April 2009, the French Minister of Health, Roselyne Bachelot-Narquin, commissioned a report on the role of hospital executive managers, their training, their mission and highlighting their value to Chantal de Singly, Directress of the Institute of Management EHESP. Chantal de Singly presented the results of her work on 11th September.
