Prevention of infectious diseases, a new organisation of experts: The Centre national français d’expertise sur les vecteurs (CNEV – National Centre of Expertise on Vectors)

France has set up an organisation of experts specialising on the various aspects of vector control, the Centre national d’expertise sur les vecteurs (Cnev).

The CNEV has been set up for a period of 5 years and is responsible to the ministries of Health and Agriculture in collaboration with the Agence nationale de sécurité sanitaire de l’alimentation, de l’environnement et du travail (Anses – National agency for food, environmental and occupational health and safety).
