On Monday, October 31, ASPH organized the 3rd Global Summit of Schools of Public Health, which brought together organizations representing schools of public and global health worldwide.

ASPH’s global partners attending the summit included :

  • the Latin American Global Health Alliance (ALASAG),
  • the Asia-Pacific Academic Consortium for Public Health (APACPH),
  • the Association of Schools of Public Health in Africa (ASPHA),
  • the Association of Schools of Public Health in the European Region (ASPHER) with its hosted European Academic Global Health Alliance (EAGHA),
  • the Network of Schools of Public Health in Canada (NSPH­-Canada).

Dr. Laura Magaña (ALASAG), Dr. Hung-Yi Chiou (APACHP), Dr. Fred Binka (ASPHA), Dean Antoine Flahault (ASPHER), Dean Lory Laing (NSPH-Canada) and Dean Michael Klag (ASPH) signed a declaration to renew their commitment to fostering collaboration in education, research and capacity-building in global health.
