On 1 March 2012, Member of Parliament, Yves Bur, submitted his report on anti-smoking policy to Xavier Bertrand, Minister of Health.
The EHESP is named as a contributor to this report (p.37, 39 and 56). Yves Bur was advised by a group of experts including Karine Gallopel-Morvan, associate professor in social marketing at the EHESP*. She provided information on tobacco industry marketing practices and plain cigarette packaging.
