This workshop, organized by CNAM (Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers), the MNASM (National Mission promoting Mental Health) and FNG (National Foundation of Gerontology), in partnership with EHESP and the Paul Bennetot Foundation and with the support of the CNSA (National Solidarity Fund for Autonomy), will review the scientific knowledge and experiences in France, Switzerland, Belgium and Quebec on the issues of coordination, integration of services and case management in the fields of gerontology and disability.
