From 2 to 6 July 2018, EHESP School of Public Health organises an international week on the theme ‘Shaping the future global health workforce’. It will be attended by 90 students in international trainings of Master of Public health or Europubhealth+ and dean partner institutions in France and abroad. The programme of the week: presentations, conferences, professional and social exchanges and a graduation ceremony with participants from 40 countries.
A time for international diploma and professional integration in the field of public health
Along with MPH thesis defenses and EPH oral presentations, the EHESP international week also provides an opportunity for new graduates to take part in the ‘Careers Days’ Forum. Every year, round tables, workshops, mock interviews, and a jobs and internship exchange are proposed to facilitate students’ integration into the professional world. Graduates can thus benefit from special moments with both representatives of partner institutions (NGOs, national public health agencies, research laboratories, …) and Alumni.
Participation of high-profile international academics
On 3 July 2018, Dr. Réjean Hébert, dean of the School of Public Health of the University of Montreal (ESPUM), will hold an open conference on the theme ‘Integrating services for older vulnerable people: a Canadian perspective’. This international week will close with a speech from Dr. Paul Halverson, Dean of Indiana University (USA) and guest of honour of the MPH and EPH Masters graduation ceremony.
