In the framework of the partnership between Mailman School of Public Health from Columbia University and the EHESP School of public health, 11 American Masters students complete a 8-weeks practicum placement in teaching and research departments at the EHESP. These students are focusing their research on public health issues such as :
- The emotional and behavioral impact of warnings on cigarette packages
- Healthcare management and the effect of technology : the challenge of telemedecine
- Air pollution and social health inequalities : infant mortality analysis
- Governance of educational trajectories in Europe (GOETE)
- School health program
- Elderly people in need of care – Alzheimer disease

These students also participate in conferences and seminars built around public health thematic at the EHESP School of public health. They will attend the graduation ceremony held on 6th July on the campus in Rennes.
